Alberta Summer Games 2026

In 2026, Strathcona County will be host to the Alberta Summer Games. Each Zone will select a team to attend the Games from July 16-19, 2026.

The first camp for Zone 5 is scheduled on September 6 and 7, 2025 (players only attend one or the other, not both dates).

Eligible athletes are born in 2011 or later (must be 13 as of July 16, 2026) and must be registered through an approved affiliation process for the current softball season to a team at the U15B level or lower in the 2025 season. Players who attended U15A provincials in 2025 are not eligible. Their 2026 Provincial category will not be considered - eligibility is based only on their 2025 category participation.

Players must try out for the Zone in which they reside, so if you have outside of Zone players registered to your association, this information will not apply. They will have to try out for a different Zone.

U13 (2012/2013): Aug 12-Sept 16, 2025

U11 (2014/2015): Aug 13-Sept 17, 2025

5:45pm: Warm Up

6pm: Game

7:30pm: Pick up

• $135 fee includes 5 regular games & 1 championship game
• Bring helmet, face mask, glove and bat
• Open to athletes previously registered with FSA at any level
• All Games in St. Albert;

• June 27 - 29: FSA hosts Best of the West (U11 Advanced/U13A/U15A) @ Meadowview Diamonds
